Read Between the Stars is a scifi/fantasy genre book fair, created as a space for local authors to meet and connect with each other, and for readers to discover new stories! Our first event was in 2024 at D3Arts, and we hope to keep adding more authors each year we continue!

We’re doing RBTS 2025 at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, Colorado!

Right here, at the upper right side of the screen under “Apply for 2025”! You’ll get an email once we’ve reviewed your application (typically within 1-2 weeks).

We’ll have scifi and fantasy authors, and a variety of series, standalones, anthologies, and novellas available for purchase directly from authors. You’ll have plenty of time to meet authors and check out their books!

You can check out individual author’s social medias (we’ll link them on the author list!) to check out what they’re bringing and if they’re doing preorders for the event.

It’s tough to have an exact attendance count since we aren’t selling tickets. Stanley Marketplace is a community area with bars, shops, and study areas, so we’re very confident we’ll see a lot of foot traffic beyond the readers who are already aware of the event!

For our first year (2024), we saw around a hundred readers throughout the day. On a typical Saturday, the Stanley Marketplace sees a couple thousand people come through their shops, restaurants, and community areas. Our event space is in a community areas right in the middle of the marketplace, so we’re confident we’ll get quite a lot of foot traffic in 2025!

That’s another great perk of free admission — you can bring as many friends as you’d like! No check in process, no cost; just tons of great books by local sci-fi/fantasy authors.
